#WaistedWednesdayFFF-The Perfect Waist

As I told you guys earlier this month, I am back on my fitness journey.  One of my goals is to have an amazing waistline.

Here are some of the things that I do so far to achieve this waist line:
  • I drink green tea everyday
  • Do workouts that target my shoulders and abs
  • Eat a healthy "waist friendly" diet
  • Avoid extra salt
